Tabouli (Tabbouleh)



Tabouli is very easy to make.  The bulgar needs to be soaked in water for at least half an hour.  Remove the bulgar from the water then combine with all the ingredients.  


3 cups chopped parsley
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped mint leaves
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup bulgar
 1 tsp dry mint
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
